An Ongoing Gathering for Initiated Ceremonialists

For those who have walked the path of Ceremony with me
The Second Hearth is a place to return.
​
A place of worship but without doctrine.​
​
A circle of devoted souls
who understand how to listen
and how to speak from the heart.
​
We gather two times a month
to reflect, to witness,
to remain accountable to our spiritual intentions,
our creative becoming,
and the integrity of our inner lives.
​
In a time of change, chaos, and confusion,
steadiness is an act of service.
​
Inside this intimate group we will be
working to keep warm within us
the qualities that may be out of balance
or undervalued in the overculture.
​
We will embrace:
slowness instead of urgency
the grey instead of black & white
intuition instead of more information
embodied experience instead of hearsay
process instead of product
movement instead of stasis
curiosity instead of fear.
​
This circle is for those who know
their evolution is woven and strengthened
in community.
This circle is for those who know
their growth is not personal ambition,
it is contribution.

There will be structure to hold us
And room for what wants to emerge.
​
This gathering is by invitation only,
a community of those already initiated
into sacred practice.

the structure of the sessions
​
Twice a month, we will gather in a contemplative rhythm :
​
a poem (we will be working with one anthology for the year), an inquiry, time to write, speak & reflect one another. There will be an opportunity to distill your reflections into an intention to carry into your weeks.
​
The arc of our time will be the same; offering a cadence to return to but as our gatherings build, the structure may shift.
​
The sessions will take place at noon-1pm est
on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday of each month.
​
The 2026 dates are below:

March 10th & 24th, April 14th & 28th, May 12th & 26th, June 9th &23rd, July 14th & 28th, August 11th & 25th, September 8th & 22nd, October 13th & 27th, November 10th & 24th, December 8th & 22nd.

The Second Hearth is limited to a small circle at any given time.
​
This allows the group to remain intimate and steady,
knowing that each week attendance might ebb and flow.
​
Membership is ongoing.
When someone feels complete and steps out of the circle,
a new invitation will be extended.
​
There is no open enrollment.
No public registration.
This is a living circle
tended carefully,
entered by relationship.

The Second Hearth is $120 a month.
Entry begins with a three-month commitment.
Your first three months are reserved in advance and paid for in full.
​
After that, membership continues at $120 per month.
​
Because this is a small, steady gathering, payment is not tied to attendance.
Some weeks you may be present, some weeks you may not but your place remains yours while you are part of the circle. Membership in The Second Hearth holds your place in the circle.
​
This structure honors the group. It keeps the community centered and whole, rather than having people move in and out. The Second Hearth does not function as a drop-in space. It will be a place we maintain together.
